the breakfast variety was acceptable.
The gym was a letdown. Two of the three bicycles had rusted seats that i could not adjust. the technogym bike was also broken, it's unacceptable for a hotel of this supposed standard. i raised this with the duty manager, i was informed there was no budget to fix it.

I am grateful for the really good service. the staff packed our breakfast because we checked out early to catch our flight. i also enjoyed the amazing view of table mountain and the city from our room. the buffet breakfast was great. There were lots of options.
the room ventilation could be improved. the parking at the hotel is a problem, especially for travelers unfamiliar with the area. i was not informed of the limited parking until i was turned down due to the basement being full.

the hotel is near many activities. a free shuttle provides transport to and from the waterfront. supermarkets, pharmacies, and shopping areas surround the hotel. it is a very convenient area for visitors.

the hotel restaurant provided delicious food. the omelets offered each day were lovely. the buffet presented a great variety of fruits. i was thankful for the amazing service and quality of the food.
